It's going to be a busy day at the Future Of Rock and Roll! Not only do we have TWO Lounge Act sessions (with Seabird and The Black Angels), but we'll also be serving up another great batch of WOXY premieres this week on New Tunes Tuesday.

I've got a brand new edition of XTRABEATS on the way for you this weekend here on WOXY! Tune in for new tracks and remixes by DIZZEE RASCAL (featuring CALVIN HARRIS!), BOOKA SHADE, HEALTH, DAEDULUS, SAM SPARRO, CLIPSE, and a dj set from CUT COPY.

It airs Friday night from 8-10pm with an encore presentation on Saturday night from 10pm-Midnight. All times eastern.

xtrabeats -- 6/13

Friday the 13th will be anything but unlucky tonight while I roll out 2 fantastic DJ sets on an all-new edition of Xtrabeats.

First up, you'll be in the mix with the UK duo THE HERBALISER. Their new !k7 release, "Same As It Never Was", is out now. They've sent over an hour long set they call the "Flavour Mix" and we'll be featuring it on tonight's show. It features tracks off the new album alongside classics from RUN-D.M.C., Jurassic 5, Eric B. & Rakim, and Quantic among many others.

In hour 2, we'll check in with London-based turntablist DJ YODA. Earlier this year he released a Fabriclive39 mix cd and he serves up an hour long set for us on tonight's show. His mix features everything from M.I.A. and Jay Z to Fleetwood Mac and Bob Dylan. It's a killer mix that follows up the Herbaliser set quite nicely.
