1. Make Sure You Have A Recent-ish Version of Windows Media Player
Chances are you already have a newer version of WMP, unless you're running Windows 2000 or something else ancient. Versions 7-11 should work pretty well. 6.4 will probably cause you problems. Grab the latest version here.

2. Grab The Orban aacPlus Plugin
Download and install the free Orban aacPlus plugin for Windows Media Player here: www.orban.com/plugin

3. Use This Link To Tune In
